Check out what Chris Brady, one of the top leadership gurus in the world had to say:
The Mental Fitness Challenge: We’ve all heard about physical fitness programs since time immemorial. Nearly everyone has a product or program designed to help people get and maintain their fitness. Some of these are quite excellent. However, our physical condition is subservient to our mental condition. In other words, in life, to get and stay physically fit, one must ultimately become mentally fit. This applies in all the categories in which we live out our lives, such as finances, relationships, and the like. If we are not thinking correctly in these areas, aka “mentally fit,” then we will not have any real sustainable fitness in those areas.
Enter the Mental Fitness Challenge. Designed around the 13 resolutions put forth in Orrin Woodward‘s best selling book, RESOLVED: 13 Resolutions for LIFE, the Mental Fitness Program helps people live the life they’ve always wanted to live. This is accomplished the way adults learn and grow – not through expensive conferences in tropical locations, or danger simulations and artificial adventures, or even high-priced concert/seminars with public figures – but rather through small, incremental, daily steps implemented according to timeless principles, as explained in Orrin’s book. After all, it’s the formation of new habits that brings lasting change, and this begins with exercising the mind and becoming mentally fit.Just as a physical diet requires the elimination of bad foods and the increasing of the consumption of nutritious foods, so too does a mental fitness diet. With the Mental Fitness Challenge, participants are encouraged to begin bringing in small, daily doses of mentally nutritious information. At the same time, participants are encouraged to eliminate much of the bad information, or “junk food for the mind” that is often so thoughtlessly allow in.
Additionally, when learning something new, it is helpful to set goals, track progress, and receive encouragement from others. All this and more is structured into the process of the Mental Fitness Challenge. To begin, participants will be able to take a Self Assessment Test, in which they will establish a baseline for their life in each of the 13 resolutions. Also, if desired, 360 degree feedback can also be obtained through the same test, in which others can take the test on the participant’s behalf and have their opinion anonymously displayed.
There are many other features of the Mental Fitness Challenge, including audio, reading, and video training. More details can be found here.

update 5/3/2012
I’ve been going through the MFC (mental fitness challenge) for 3 days now, and already see the value and difference it is making. I’ve done more in the past 3 days in the areas I wanted to improve, than I did in the last 3 months. The information you get from the MFC is incredible. Being on the LLR and LIFE subscriptions for a while now, my life has improved tremendously. I’ve learned so much in terms of managing my finances, how to develop long-term and meaningful relationships, how to set and reach goals and so much more. Now with the MFC, I feel like I’m getting a booster shot in all these areas. I’m having fun, making money, and making a difference!
With a 30 day money back guarantee, What reason can you possibly have to not give it a try. It may sound kind of cheesy, being able to ‘live the life you’ve always wanted’ but it’s true. I firmly believe that even if you believe that statement, you will still be surprised at how good this is!
Here is a recent post by Orrin Woodward on the MFC
It’s been three full days since the Mental Fitness Challenge rollout in Columbus and the MFC already has 1,254 new customers. That’s over 400 customers a day joining the Mental Fitness Challenge and it’s only three days old! Chris Brady and I set a goal to create a program available to all, affordable to all, and achievable by all. The MFC has accomplished all three.
I know what the reader is thinking. Sure Orrin, yet another program to help people grow and change. Hasn’t everyone witnessed people who tried program after program of change, but never seem to really change? I know I have. For without the formation of new habits in thought and action, a person quickly reverts to his old self, regardless of how many CDs or books read. The MFC, however, is different because it is designed around the two crucial elements of all lasting change – congregation and community. Let me explain:
First, a person takes the MFC self-assessment test to determine which of the 13 Resolutions for success he is in need of help. Second, he can email his friends and request them to take the MFC self-assessment on his behalf, providing 360 degree feedback to ensure he is not self-deceiving himself on his score. The friends grading results are compiled together, ensuring complete honesty from one’s friends on the test, before being sent back to the MFC participant. Many firms pay tens of thousands of dollars to gather 360 degree feedback, but with the MFC, it’s just part of the program.
Third, the MFC participant dives into the CDs and the RESOLVED: 13 Resolutions for LIFE book, reading the first chapter on Purpose and beginning his journey of change. Every week, videos by Chris Brady and myself will be emailed ensuring the student is picking up the key nuggets inside of each chapter. The MFC member will also have a grading sheet to assess how his implementation plan is going on the specific weekly resolution, similar to how Ben Franklin checked and adjusted his 13 Virtues into his life. On top of all of this, if any friends of the MFC participant choose to take the MFC, then he now has his friends as accountability partners, helping each of them follow through on the commitments made to change. Even more crazy, if three of his friends choose to take the challenge with him then his MFC is FREE!
Fourth, if one desires additional support, then he can join a local Challenge Groups and attend Challenge Trainings available in his area at affordable prices. The Mental Fitness Challenge is 90 days of attacking the status quo in a person’s life, asking him or her to view his life from a different perspective. Like Albert Einstein once said, “The significant problems we face in life cannot be solved at the same level of thinking that created them.” The 90-day MFC teaches a new level of thinking, resolving the problems that hold a person back from the life he always wanted. After 90 days of reading, listening, and associating with other like-minded people, nobody will want to go back to his old reality.
Now I am back where I started – congregation and community. The MFC is built around the two pillars for real change (congregation and community), and thus, it works. Congregation teaches the group the right principles and community ensures the group associates with the right people. The MFC is the only personal development program that provides ongoing support in both of these non-negotiable areas. The MFC program is a 90 day plan; however, any satisfied customer, can join a monthly subscription of 4 CDs and a book for the unheard of price of $50 per month. Furthermore, the MFC participant can join a local chapter of our Challenge groups and enjoy fellowship and trainings at $10 or less per event.
The entire MFC package is just $220 plus shipping. I know it’s crazy, but we truly want to reach the world with real change that makes a difference. What is the reader waiting for? Go to the www.mental-fitness-challenge.com site today and take the challenge or at least sign up for the free pre-challenge.
